Q. What happens during a massage?
A. You will be asked to remove your clothing and lie on the treatment couch (I will leave the room at this point for your privacy). Large towels will be on the couch for you to cover yourself with. I will then apply a light oil and proceed with the massage.
Q. Do I need to remove all my clothing?
A. It depends on whether you’re having a full body massage, where you will need to remove all clothing except pants or if it’s a back massage, you will be asked to remove your upper garments only.Whatever the massage, you will be fully covered by the towels and only the part that is being worked on will be exposed.
Q. How many treatments will I need?
A. This will be dependant on the problem you are wishing to treat and your individual needs. You will receive a full consultation and I would recommend a suitable course of treatment tailored individually to you.
